Look Up To The Sky

To whom can the holy God be compared? Is there anyone else like him? Look up to the sky? Who created the stars you see? The one who leads them out like an army, he knows how many there are and calls each one by name! His power is so great - not one of them is ever missing!

Isaiah 40:25-26

While you look to the sky remember that humble work becomes holy work, when it is done for God. Remember, when Jesus came into Jerusalem he rode the colt of a donkey. We too have a mission. Yes we can admire God's handiwork in heaven and know that we will have a place there someday, but today we have work to do, here on earth.

As Jesus and his disciples approached Jerusalem, they came to Bethpage at the Mount of Olives. There Jesus sent two of the disciples on ahead with these instructions: "Go to the village there ahead of you, and at once you will find a donkey tied up with her colt beside here. Untie them and bring them to me. And if anyone says anything, tell him, 'The Master needs them'; and then he will let them go at once." This happened in order to make come true what the prophet had said: "Tell the city of Zion, Look, your king is coming to you! He is humble and rides on a donkey and on a colt, the foal of a donkey."

Matthew 21:1-5
