Psalm 136:1-3

You don't have to live long in this world to realize that nothing lasts forever. Our friends, our family, our youth. All gone in a fleeting second of time. Nothing lasts forever, except for God's mercy. His mercy does endure forever. When we sin and need forgiveness, His mercy endures forever. When our lives seem like a jumbled mess, and we struggle because of illness, despair, and conflict, His mercy endures. Whenever our lives seem overwhelming, we can still praise our LORD, because God's mercy is always new and everlasting.
