I Will Praise You With An Upright Heart

Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord.

Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart—they do no wrong but follow his ways.

You have laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed.

Oh, that my ways were steadfast in obeying your decrees!

Then I would not be put to shame when I consider all your commands.

I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.

I will obey your decrees; do not utterly forsake me.

Psalm 119:1-8

Children know what their fathers want, they just sometimes ignore their fathers.

Jealousy, hatred, rebellion-they come all too often. But God provided for our redemption through the sacrifice of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit helps us when we are tempted; and when we confess our wrongdoing, God promises to forgive us.

Do you keep running back to the mud puddles of life, don’t give up. God will help you to resist temptation, and He will never stop loving you.

To master temptation, let Christ master you.
