What Is Unseen Is Eternal

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

When we get to heaven what is the first thing we will see? Our Savior Jesus Christ.

How do you look at life? Do you look for the shades of grey in our everyday lives, or do you look at the brilliant sunshine of the face of Jesus Christ?

Our problems look different in light of eternity. We do not look at things which are seen, we look at things which are unseen. The things we see are temporary.

All of our trials dim when we remember that one glorious day we will see Jesus!

The way we view eternity will affect the way we live in time.
