All Scripture Is God-Breathed

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:14-17

For some of us it takes just a small amount of Scripture to make us wise for wisdom. Some of us are prepared for the pulpit as children.

God put Jesus here to be our Shepherd. Jesus lived His faith. He was put here to serve, not to be served.

The children God has entrusted to us are precious gifts. A good foundation will help them to develop into mature believers who are complete, and thoroughly equipped for every good work. With God’s help we can pass on the baton of faith to future generations. What a great privilege to be servants like Jesus.

Children are God’s precious jewels – help them shine for Christ.
