Prudence

Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord.

The wise in heart are called discerning, and gracious words promote instruction.

Prudence is a fountain of life to the prudent, but folly brings punishment to fools.

The hearts of the wise make their mouths prudent, and their lips promote instruction.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.

Proverbs 16:20-25

How long did it take you to realize you were out of your league? We sometimes think we know more than God. But we are always shown that is not the case, and He does it lovingly.

It is crazy to reject God’s plan of salvation because we think we know better. Only by placing our trust in Christ for the forgiveness of our sins can we be reconciled to God. Are you still trying to do things your own way, thinking you know best?

Jesus is not one of many ways to approach God, nor is He the vest of several ways;

He is the only way.
