When the servant of the man of God got up and went out
early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the
city. “Oh no, my lord! What shall we do?” the servant
asked.
“Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us
are more than those who are with them.”
And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.”

The mission of angels is to protect and serve the children of
God.
There are more with us than with them. Angels are all around us,
at all times, protecting us.
Even though we cannot see them with our natural eyes, we can
rest in the confidence that the Lord of Hosts is constantly watching over us
and He has an invisible army at His bidding to send where He pleases.
The angels of God protect the people of God as
they do the work of God.
