Anger

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.  Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Ephesians 4:29-32

We only get one time to make a good first impression. Unfortunately in life, with our friends and family we blow many of those chances to prove we are stronger Christians, than our words would seem to indicate.

We are told to rid ourselves of bitterness and hate, but do we?

If you are struggling with chronic anger that is hurting your relationships, surrender this vulnerable part of your emotions to Christ’s strength.

As we earnestly seek to love others and to please God, we can win the victory over a volcanic temper.

Losing your tempter is not way to get rid of it.
