All Scripture Is
God-Breathed
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have
become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how
from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you
wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed
and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:14-17
Over a period of 1,600 years, 40 different authors wrote the 66
books of the Bible. There were 400 silent years between the 39 books of the Old
Testament and the 27 of the New Testament. Yet, Genesis to Revelation tell one
unified story.
While we accept the Bible by faith, there is plenty of evidence
that it is true. Be diligent to study and share what we learn with others.
