birth to her first baby. It was a boy. She wrapped him in large strips of
cloth. Then she placed him in a manger. There was no room for them in the inn.

We
have heard these verses all our lives. The stories tend to focus on Caesar, no
room in the inn, and the manger. Rarely do we focus on the wonder of the
verses. Mary was expecting a baby. A very special baby who
would change our lives. Thank God she was expecting the baby who came to
save us from our sins.
