The Will

Of The Lord

Be careful then how you live, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil. So do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but be filled with the Spirit, as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual  songs among yourselves, singing and making melody to the Lord in your hearts, giving thanks to God the Father at all times and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ.

Ephesians 5:15-21

There are times in our day, when we have moments to ourselves. How do you spend yours? Do you read a book, memorize a verse from the Bible, or pray for a friend? It’s our longer waiting periods filled with uncertainty and indecision that may leave us anxious and frustrated. Use your time wisely. Plan for having strategic times when you look for opportunities to serve God and to question where you are supposed to be in His scheme of things.

Focus on your God-given opportunities instead of focusing on your obstacles. That is the way to do something when you have small periods of time by yourself.

When you find time on your hands,

put them together in prayer.
