See What Love The Father Has Given Us

See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is. And all who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.

1 John 3:1-3

Some people looking for love have found love in the strangest places. One place you can find real love is in the Bible itself.

God loved the world so much He gave us His only Son. God also made us a promise: If we love His Son Jesus, and accept Jesus as our Savior, we will have life everlasting. We will be with God, with Jesus, and with any of our friends and relatives who also believe in Jesus. God gave us a promise that we will not be tested beyond our endurance and that we will not perish. He promised us another life, after this one, and it will never end. He will fulfill all these promises and more. Count on it.

God has shown us, by who He gave us, that He loves us like no other could. God is also the best companion we will ever have.
