Fruit

Of The Womb

Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the LORD guards the city, the guard keeps watch in vain. It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved.

Sons are indeed a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the sons of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.

Psalm 127:1-5

Have you ever thought of how much impact the birth of one person can have on the world. We all would like to think that we have made an impact, but it was the birth of Jesus that still has an impact today.

For each of our children we are to point them to Jesus. We are to instruct them in the ways of God and to discipline them toward godliness. We are to love them unconditionally. Teach your children about faith and uncommon love. Then, as they grow to maturity they will influence their world and will reveal God to a new generation.

To guild your children on the right way,

you must go that way yourself.
