The Time Of My Departure Has Come

As for me, I am already being poured out as a libation, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

2 Timothy 4:6-8

When someone writes about you, after you have passed on, how many things that you started will remain unfinished. Take the time now to do the things you know should be done, so that your life will not be an unfinished chapter in God’s book of the living. We all have good intentions, but we absolutely have to do what we can to make a difference in telling about the salvation that comes to us. That way there will no unfinished chapters, no “white space” no “dead air” that could have been written or said about us.

Did you run the race?

 Did you keep the faith?

Were you loyal to Jesus?

To get the most out of life,

make every moment count for Christ.
