“I Have Heard Your Prayer”
In those days Hezekiah became sick and
was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz
came to him, and said to him, “Thus says the LORD: Set your house in order, for

We call on our God for so many things.
We should be aware that prayer is not a one way street. When we pray and ask
for help, we should do our part as well. When we ask for His help, we should be
willing to use whatever means we have available to us to help. That shows the
relationship we can have with God. He will go more than halfway and we should
go halfway.
When we ask the LORD to do something,
we must also be ready to do our part.
Pray as if
everything depends on God;
work as if
everything depends on you.
