You Reap Whatever You Sow

Those who are taught the word must share in all good things with their teacher.

Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. If you sow your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh; but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit. So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up. So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith.

Galatians 6:6-10

No matter what your job is, do your best. It is your duty to work where God has placed you. If it is time to move on, wait on the LORD to tell you when and where. Give your best regardless of what happens.

The LORD wants us to keep working at our God-given task no matter how difficult it might be. Even when success seems remote or impossible, we are able to remain steadfast, assured that there will be an ample reward for those who persevere.

Have you grown tired in your service for God? Have you become so discouraged that you think about quitting? Paul admonished us all to not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we will reap our reward, if we do not lose heart.

Failure is not defeat unless you stop trying.
